Oat & Quinoa Porridge with NGX and Mixed Seeds

Looking for some new, healthy ways to add your genetically tailored nutrition into your diet? Try making this Oats and Quinoa porridge, and mix in your favourite seeds, fruit and NGX nutrition powder.

Cook Time:
16-20 minutes

Ingredients:
175g x Quinoa.
75g x Jumbo rolled oats.
200g x mixed berries (whatever your preference i.e. banana, kiwi’s, oranges, etc).
Heaped tablespoon of chocolate chips.
Honey (optional).
Pinch of salt.

Recipe:
Add a pinch of salt to one litre of water and bring it to the boil. Reduce to a simmer, add the quinoa and stir gently for 8-10 minutes.


Pour in the oats, and stir those in with the quinoa for a further 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Stir in one scoop of NGX nutrition.


Serve in a bowl with mixed fruits, and choc-chips. If you really have a sweet tooth, add a spoonful of honey or maple syrup.
