Ingredients:
1 x Scoop NGX Nutrition powder.
1 x Green apple, sliced with the core removed.
2 x handfuls of spinach, washed.
4 x Mint leaves (slap the leaves in your palm first to activate their flavour)
1 & ½ x juice from limes
½ x zest of one lime
½ x diced cucumber
Recipe:
Place all the items in a blender, with a couple of cubes of ice. If the mix is too thick, add a splash of cold water.
Serve in a tall glass.
